  DINNER ENTREE IDEAS-

    -base price in most cases includes an accompaniment of 1 starch, 1 vegetable, salad, (see below for options) bread, coffee and cold beverage

 

Lemon Thyme Chicken - assorted piece or boneless/skinless breasts brushed with fresh herbs in a lemon-butter baste and roasted to perfect tenderness      $10

 

Pasta  - (build your own plate, includes Wylde Thyme Spring Mix Salad or Caesar salad,  & garlic bread )-

     *noodle choices - angel hair, fettucine, spaghetti, stuffed ravioli, radiatore, stuffed shells

    *sauce choices - marinara meat (red), Island style vodka (red), lemon shallot cream (white)  balsamic blush (white)

     * meat choices - chicken, beef, Italian sausage, shrimp, scallops, salmon...

Wylde Thyme Lasagna - we use fresh mozzarella, parmesan and ricotta; roasted garlic, onion and shallots, and fresh herbs; Italian sausage, beef, and red sauce     $10 ...

or, meatless version : replace meat with eggplant and an elegant white sauce      $12

Tuscan Pork Tenderloin - choice cut of pork encrusted in fresh rosemary, garlic, and our special rustic spice rub -    $15

Abuela Margarita's Enchiladas  ( VEGETARIAN!) - corn tortillas stuffed with fire-roasted vegetables, sweet-potatoes and black beans all smothered with cheddar and jack cheeses and our own sweet & spicy chili sauce  $10


Tacos - hard or soft shells served with roasted onions and tomatoes, shredded cheese, fresh cilantro, sour cream, lettuce and your choice of chicken, pork or beef - $10

       

-for fish tacos add $3 per person

        -for a salsa bar that includes fresh homemade salsas and guacamole add $2 per person

Jerked chicken or Jerked pork  - chicken or pork cooked in a fragrant mixture of toasted allspice, garlic, scallions, fruit juices, scotch bonnet peppers and wood smoke  $15

             LUNCH IDEAS-

     

                * Cold lunch selections are priced at or around $10 per person and include fresh fruit, soup or green salad, and cookie or dessert bar. Hot lunch ideas are priced at or around $12 and also include the above mentioned.

     

    • Foccacia sandwiches- your choice of smoked turkey, roast beef, or sliced ham served with any of these key ingredients: sliced tomato, red onion, radish sprouts, leaf lettuce, swiss, cheddar, or habenero jack cheeses, mayo, mustard, roasted red pepper mayo, pacific aioli, on rosemary foccacia bread.

     

    • Wylde Thyme chicken salad - shredded chicken breast, scallions, grapes, chopped cashews, celery, jicama, fresh parsley in a light, creamy dressing, served on ciabatta bread

                                                                                                          

      

    • Pork Tenderloin Tortas- pork tenderloin roasted or grilled, brushed with a garlic, Chipotle' chili, lime juice, fresh thyme and oregano mop sauce! Served with avocado and caramalized onions on French bread.

     

    • Smoked Salmon Tortas- smoked salmon with lemon, capers, olive oil and fresh dill served with a light Aioli on French bread.
